Terracotta Warriors , Ambassador Theatre – FINAL WEEKEND

The Terracotta Army of the “First Emperor of China” is in its final Weekend in The Ambassador Theatre . Tickets are now on sale from Ticketmaster or from the Ambassador Theatre Box Office. Tickets start from 8 euro.  This Dublin exhibition has over 150 perfectly executed replications of the First Emperor of China and his army, displayed on 10.000 – 12.000 sq ft of surface.  A section of the digging field number 1 in Xian in 1:1 scale in Xian is also on display.Visitors can expect to be utterly transported on a journey through time through the use of mystical sounds, text and light shows while the history of the first emperor of China and his army is narrated.

The Ambassador is open daily from 10am to 6pm, 7 days a week.

Dublin Headway Art Expo  - Friday 28th November

The Dublin Headway Art Expo 2014 are holding an exhibition in the Dublin Civic Offices on Wood Quay and will feature the incredible art work the DS clients have been working very hard all year to produce for your viewing pleasure! It is always a very uplifiting event to be part of.

The full ehibition will run from Monday the 24th to Friday the 28th of November so every body is welcome to come along any time during the week if you cant make the gala night.

Masterpieces from the collection – National Gallery Dublin

The National Gallery Dublin hosts Masterpieces from Collection. A selection of the galleries finest works, the Dublin exhibition takes place on the Beit Wing from not until the end of the December 2014. Free admission. Masterpieces from the Collection consists of a selection of paintings from the European collection, from the early Renaissance through to the mid the 20th century. Highlights from the collection highlight Irish art from the eighteen century on wards and includes work by Hugh Douglas Hamilton, James Barry and many more.

A number of paintings from Jack B Yeats ( 1871 – 1957) are also on view as part of the Masterpieces Dublin exhibitions. They will be rotated on a regular basis to allow visitors more access to the large collection.
