The Arena Malahide is one of Ireland's premier Hotel Health and Fitness Clubs. It has all you might need to either relax or engage in some vigorous exercise. Whatever you want in your leisure time, it's here at the Arena.

Swimming Pool
The main Swimming Pool is 21 metres long and 12 metres wide. It's ideal for lane swimming but not too deep for more casual lengths. There is also a bubble pool and a whirlpool adjacent to the main Pool. For the kids, a Children's pool is available where they can play in safety and away from the main swimming area.

Gymnasium
The fully equipped and supervised Gymnasium contains all you need for a good workout. There are Aerobic, Cardio-vascular and weight machines to get the best out of you. If you need guidance on the best way to warm up, use machines or plan your exercise, qualified trainers are always willing to give advice.

Aerobics Room
A special aerobics room with sprung floor and extensive sound system is located on the ground floor of the Arena. Regular classes are run of many types and levels in the aerobic exercise. Enquire with the Arena Reception for details of times and class type.

Jacuzzi
The Jacuzzi is adjacent to the Leisure Pool. Its swirling water will entice you to relax, enjoy and be refreshed.

Steam Room Sauna
Located in the main Leisure Pool area, the Steam Room and Sauna, each in their own way, allow the body to fully breathe and release from itself the toxins built up in our daily lives.
