Dinning and Restaurant
Breakfast - the most important meal of the day and you wont get any better than ours. An extensive buffet array is available, offering you all the continental favourites from an extensive selection of cheeses, to cold meats, yoghurts and fresh fruits. Of course the traditional full Irish breakfast is available at its very best.A generous selection of breads, hot rolls and croissants are baked fresh every morning. Believe me our breakfast is worth getting out of bed for! Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am Monday to Friday and 8am to 11am weekends and bank holidays.
Dinner - A relaxed ambiance, friendly staff and a menu that offers excellent value for money, our restaurant "Siena" provides the perfect end to your day. The menu offers a variety of dishes to appeal to every palate, but if you have your own personal favourites perhaps our chef can make you feel even more at home. A select wine list is available to choose from so make the most of it!
Dinner is served from 6pm until 9pm
Conference at Trinity Capital Hotel
We can cater for up to 40 persons in our fully air conditioned conference room, complete with overhead projector and screen, flipchart, TV and video and direct dial telephone with additional ports. The room is located adjacent to our main restaurant and public conveniences.
We are happy to work with you in laying out the room to cater for your specific needs. Whether for a workshop, a training session, a formal or informal gathering this bright airy room is the ideal venue.
