Review: The much adventurous the movie is, the much new way we are putting the synopsis on here!!.Sean Boswell attempts to define himself as a impetuous, second best street racer in this action packed thriller. Although racing provides a temporary escape from an unhappy home and the superficial world around him, it has also made Sean disliked by the local authorities. To avoid jail time, Sean is sent to live with his bad-tempered, alienated father, a career military-man stationed in Tokyo. Now officially an outsider, Sean feels even more exclude in a land of foreign customs and codes of respect. But it does not take long for him to find some action when a fellow American buddy, Twinkie, introduces him to the underground world of drift racing.
Sean's simple pull racing gets substituted by a rubber-burning, automotive art form with a thrilling balance of speeding and gliding through a heart-stopping course of hairpin turns and twist roads with many hills. On his first break drifting, Sean naively takes on the "Drift King," D.K., a local champion with ties to the Japanese crime machine Yakuza. Sean's loss comes at a high price tag when he is strained to work off the debt under the thumb of exiled, Han. Han soon greets Sean into this family of rebels and introduces him to the actual principles of drifting. But when Sean falls for Neela, D.K.'s girlfriend, a volatile sequence of events is set into wave, peaking with a high risks confrontation.
MPAA Rating: PG-13 for reckless and illegal behaviour involving teens, violence, language and sexual content.
