Review: Robert De Niro plays Edward Wilson in "The Good Shepherd". Wilson is an agent in the OSS, the precursor to the CIA-during WWII.
He is an idealist, but as time goes on the paranoia surrounding the Cold War erodes this. His willingness to his job before everything else in his life nearly destroys him.
The Good Sheperd is an engrossing thriller.
