Competition Pool
The Competition Waters and diving pool will meet International competition standards, and will prove to be a magnificent facility for everybody.
- 50metre pool capable of being divided into three 25metre pools
- Diving pool 5m deep with moveable floor
- First competition diving pool in Ireland with 3m, 5m, 7.5m and 10m platforms
- Seating for 2,500 spectators
- Timing, drug testing, marshalling areas and scoring facilities
Health Club Suite
The NAC offers an exclusive members only health suite incorporating a Sauna, Steam room and Spa for relaxation, and a state of the art Fitness facility incorporating the latest cardio-vascular and resistance machinery, as well as an aerobics studio and a spinning room.
Our exclusive members only Health and Fitness Centre incorporates some of the latest technology to help you achieve your goals. Our fully qualified staff are always on hand to assist.

Creche @ NAC
The Creche at the National Aquatic Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am until 1pm. The creche is supervised by qualified staff allowing you to use the gym and pool or even get a massage treatment. Contact reception for details.
