The Fire Restaurant serves a great selection of Naples styles pizzas, salads and the signature dish - prime aged Irish bone in fillet.
Fire on Dawson Street is a remarkable restaurant, which occupies part of the Mansion House that is the official residence of the Lord Mayor of Dublin.
What makes Fire unique is the wood-fired oven incorporated into the 200 capacity dining room. This really comes into its own with the selection of flatbreads - a la Naples style pizzas.
The signature dish at Fire is the prime aged Irish bone in Fillet. Aged for 21 days, during which time it has been marinated in tuscan olives, garlic and seasonings, this is a mouth-watering experience.
