The food at the Signal Restaurant is produced by head chef Thelma Slattery and her team, with signature dishes such as slow roast shank of lamb, served on creamy mashed potato and rosemary jus.
Other dishes include homemade smokies, Parisienne melon, woodland pigeon, citrus & black peppered chicken, veal sausages and an excellent variety of desserts.
The wine list is also expertly chosen, to compliment the dishes on the menu.
