Starters:
Caesar salad bound with parmesan, crisphy bacon, black olives, tarragon and croutons
Cooked and smoked salmon, chervil potato cake with celeriac puree, caper and shallot dressing
Mozzarella and risotto balls with basil pesto and slow roast vine cherry tomato
Chicken skewers marinated in yoghurt, cumin, chili and poppy seeds, with guacamole and pita bread stuffed with sixty6 coleslaw
Main Courses:
Rotisserie rib eye steak chargrilled to your temperature, served with hollandaise sauce, crisp watercress salad, thick cut chips and fine beans (add €3 supplement)
OUr very own garlic, lemon and thyme rotisserie style chicken with herb stuffing balls, mash potatoes, peas, broad-beans and lettuce
Roast native salmon with braised lettuce, chorizo, radish and avacado
Tuna steak marinated in balsamic & cayenne with a warmed potato salad, spring onions, capers, tomatoes & torn fresh herbs
Warm grilled vegetables with watercress, rocket and couscous accompanied by smoked mackerel, pickled red pepper and pine nuts
Desserts:
Chocolate brownie with double chocolate chip ice cream and vanilla crème fraiche
