Head Chef, Stephen McArdle says The Arch Bistro is about moving away from the rip-off Ireland culture to a new culture of fine food for reasonable prices "We at the Arch Bistro have taken special care to keep our menu hearty and affordable without compromising on quality.
We use only prime Irish Beef, Pork, Lamb and Poultry. Our fresh fish is selected daily and where possible, we are using local suppliers and supporting local businesses."
The classically trained chef, who trained under celebrity chef Paul Rankin, joins The Arch Bistro after working at the popular Gables Restaurant in Foxrock, D18 where he was Head Chef. Stephen McArdle has also worked in Paul Rankin’s Belfast Bar and Grill and Cayenne restaurants,
before a spending a while in London’s Savoy Hotel and Michelin starred Chapter One restaurant.
The Armagh born chef has also been Head Chef in the kitchen of the award winning Alexis Bar and Grill in Dun Laoghaire as well as working as soux chef in One Pico in Dublin city centre.
