History
Waldo's Italian Restaurant opened it's doors to the public on August 27th 2004. Replacing a jaded Italian Restaurant called Little Venice, John and Diana Waldron new they would have to try a new formula to attract customers.
They removed the replica Italian artworks and fussy interior fittings and created a fresh and open dining room. Almost white walls and plenty of light and make the restaurant feel spacious and airy. The bar in the centre is the main focal point where the owners Diana and John can be seen popping corks and polishing glasses!
Whereas the right surroundings are important for a restaurant, quality of food and customer service are what people come back for. They sourced an international team of waiters and kitchen staff. This teams' experience, passion and in-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine has helped Waldo's Restaurant become an over night success.
