For the last 145 years, Blackrock Rugby Club is serving people of Dublin with quality games of Rugby. Known as one of the oldest clubs in Dublin, this Rugby Club has surely established itself as one of the Rugby idol in this area. Supporting different teams, the women XV holds a special place in Irish Women Rugby. Known to be one of the founding Clubs, special attention is paid to achieve milestones in Women's Rugby.
Located at Stradbrook Road, Blackrock Rugby Club is a platform for talented and budding players. This club provides tremendous exposure to the players and that is why, it is considered the top most women's Rugby club in Dublin. Winner of All Ireland Cup in 2001, this club does not have a long way to go to be recognized internationally.
