Founded in 1895, Shelbourne FC kicked off its winning streak in 1906, when it was the last southern club to win the Irish cup. Differences grew between the north and the south resulted in organization of separate championships for these regions. Shelbourne FC continued to dominate its region with some great performances.
Located in Drumcondra, Dublin 3, Shelbourne has produced great players like Steve Williams and Dean Delaney that have taken Shelbourne on the course of triumph. In last decade or so, Shelbourne FC has produced quality international stars who represented their country at the highest level.
