Family Tree Planting Day, Donabate, Sat 13th March

We wish to invite you and your family to our annual family tree planting day at the Turvey lands,
Turvey Avenue (50m left from Turvey Golf Club entrance) on Saturday 13th March 2010.

Cathaoirleach Ciaran Byrne and Éanna Ní Lamhna will officially launch the tree planting day at
11.00am and the day will finish around 4.00pm.

We are going to try to plant 5000 trees this day,
so we can really use your help. If you can spare an hour or two or want to come along for the whole
day, you will be most welcome.

The tree planting day is being organised by Fingal County Council in partnership with the Tree
Council, Conservation Volunteers Fingal and Birdwatch Ireland. This tree planting event is kindly
sponsored by IKEA.

Please wear warm clothes and bring wellies. Gloves and spades will be provided, but if you have
your own spade please bring it along as well.
