Ivan Ilic (piano) - A disciple of the legendary François-René Duchâble, Ivan studied music and mathematics at UC Berkeley before taking a 'Premier Prix' at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Paris.
He then launched a solo career that has taken him throughout Europe, and now to Ireland for the first time. The City of Paris sponsored his last recording.
Projects for 2007 include new works by Fernando Benadon, Reynold Tharp, and Keeril Makan, a CD of the complete piano music of Lucien Durosoir, and multiple tours of France, Ireland, and the British Isles.
