Having successfully raised over €15,000 during the May bank holiday weekend fundraiser, Dundrum Town Centre will again be alive with a flurry of pink themed activity during the month of October, all in aid of the Marie Keating Foundation.
Beauty pods will be stationed on the North Mall on Level 1 on Saturday, 17th October 9.00am – 7.00pm and Sunday, 18th October 10.00am – 7.00pm, where a host of the most luxurious treatments from a range of world-renowned beauty names will be available in 20 minute slots, all in return for a donation amount that will go straight to the Marie Keating Foundation. Beauty experts will be on hand to provide a host of the most luxurious treatments, from a range of beauty names including House of Fraser, Harvey Nichols, and Free Spirit.
Dundrum Town Centre’s specialist beauty buffs will be pampering, polishing, glossing and styling for free all weekend, all in aid of the Marie Keating Foundation, whose tireless work aims to beat cancer through awareness, education and support services. From tailored facials and magnificent manicures to relaxing hand and arm massages, Dundrum’s pink pampering zone will leave you glowing and feeling wonderful! Appointments must be booked on the day you wish to have the treatment, and are available on a first come, first served basis. A Marie Keating Foundation nurse will also be on hand at the Centre on Saturday, 17th October and Sunday, 18th October to facilitate questions and queries arising in relation to breast health and breast cancer.
Harvey Nichols will host a special Ladies Luncheon, in aid of the Marie Keating Foundation at the First Floor Restaurant on Thursday, 15th October. A host of celebrities and well known faces have already confirmed their attendance, designed to generate awareness of the “Enlighten…not Frighten” message. Furthermore, on Saturday, 17th October and Sunday, 18th October, Harvey Nichols will host a Harvey Nichols Pink Brunch at the 1st Floor Restaurant, with live music and menus destined the most discerning palette, with a percentage of proceeds going straight to the Marie Keating Foundation.
Back by popular demand, Movies @ Dundrum are holding a charity movie screening of the eagerly awaited “Couples Retreat” on Friday, 16th October, with guests enjoying a cocktail on arrival and pink themed goodie bag as a thank you for supporting the cause. Tickets can be booked at www.movies-at.ie
Douglas and Kaldi Café and Restaurant is delighted to offer FREE Cupcake to every customer on the Saturday, 17th October of the Think Pink Weekend. In return, customers will be asked to make a voluntary contribution to the Marie Keating Foundation.
Participating retailers throughout Dundrum Town Centre will also donate a percentage of proceeds from selected sales during the month to the Marie Keating Foundation so watch out for the Dundrum Town Centre Pink Ribbon Trail!
