The peace and tranquility that Yeats sought on the Isle of Innisfree can be found today in a leafy mews of high renown in the heart of Georgian Dublin.

Many celebrated visitors have entered this unique guest house by the front door on 31 Leeson Close and emerged, refreshed and renewed, through the back door of Fitzwilliam Place, in the heart of Georgian Dublin.

From back to front and from avant-garde style to traditional luxury, Number 31 is a unique Irish experience.

The guesthouse has an exclusive art collection ranged around the sunken seating area, beside the unique mirrored bar. The ambience is always casual and relaxed. Though entrance and exit may be back to front, the heart of Number 31 is clearly in the right place.

With twenty fully en suite bedrooms, each one decorated in a different distinctive style, and a unique sunken seating area in the Coach house, with its own mirrored bar, Number 31 is a relaxing haven, just five minutes walk from Dublin's most fashionable shopping district, around Grafton Street. Galleries, museums, restaurants and classic Irish pubs are all just a stroll away.

Number 31 is located in Leeson Close, off Leeson Street which leads to St. Stephen's Green. This elegant square gives on to the shops of Grafton Street, which in turn leads on to Trinity College, a centre of learning for four centuries, from there to Temple Bar, the thriving artistic and recreational quarter where every corner turned yields a fresh delight. In Number 31 you are as close to (or as far from) the action as you want to be.
