From USA, piano sensation Eric Reed featuring, Eric Reed (piano) John Moriarty (Irl), guitar; Vincenzo Florioa (Ita), bass and Adam Pache (Aus), drums "Eric Reed has a striking, identifiable style that is expressive and swinging yet can also be lyrical or intro- spective" ? JazzTimes "Mr. Reed is an intensely upbeat presence. Where most jazz pianists after McCoy Tyner and Herbie Hancock grew introspective, he has gone the other way, toward harder work with the right hand and bright harmonies." ? NY Times

Featuring; Mick Pyro (guitar & vocals), Pat Farrell (guitar), Podge (bass), Noel Bridgeman (drums) & James Delaney (keyboards). The Pyro Blues Executive formed a year and half ago, after a long association. They began playing every Monday in the Leeson Lounge, playing mostly a version of New Orleans R'n'B with a classic rock twist, sandwiched with swing, Rock'n'Roll, Soul, Funk, Blues and Rap of all eras. Their sets consists of radical reworkings of well known R'n'B standards which segue into lengthy improvisations that can switch from a blues jazz crescendo, into a funk dervish, or from a psychedelic freak out, to a country boogie twist, into a dark ascension of Wagnerian majesty. This band features some the best musicians Ireland has ever produced.
