Limerick Golf and Country Club is the premier place in County Limerick to tee off and look forward to an energizing day filled with the excitement of truly enjoyable golf. Ryder Cup Player Des Smyth and Irish Amateur International Declan Brannigan are the geniuses responsible for designing this spectacular course. Declan Brannigan was invited in 2004 to review the course layout. He recommended that five of the holes be redesigned. These redesigned holes became available for play in April 2005 and have played an important role in making this course a much sought after and highly reputable venue for golf in the South West region of Ireland. The driving range here features twenty covered bays where golfers can remain comfortable and oblivious to unfavourable weather.
